We've released an update to WP All Export Pro that moves user export functionality into the new User Export Add-On.
The User Export Add-On has been added to every existing purchase of WP All Export Pro. All you have to do is go to your original purchase of WP All Export Pro and download the User Export Add-On. You can access your purchases at the customer portal: http://wpallimport.com/portal
Starting today you will need the User Export Add-On to run user exports
The User Export Add-On is required to create new user exports, run or edit existing user exports, etc. After you install the add-on your existing user exports will work again and you'll be able to export users just like before the update.
