This add-on has two useful purposes:

1) To send an email from your forum to a non member.
2) To test the email function of your forum.

(Example of User group permissions)

Features:

All phrases start with sendemail_ for your convenience.

How to use:

Set User group permission for the Administrative group to Yes.

Add "sendemail" to the end of the URL in your browser.
