This font bundle looks incredible, Hvnter does amazing work.

Do you know what they use for pixelating parts of the horse.
I can think of pixelating and pushing saturation to 100 in photoshop, but it seems they do more because the size of the pixels vary for them. Dying to know if it's a published tool I could get!
