[OzzModz] Add Thread Actions Below Quick Reply - This simple addon will add the thread action buttons below the quick reply.

This simple addon will add the thread action buttons below the quick reply. This will help users and moderators so they don't have to scroll to the top of the thread to use the action buttons. The original buttons are still there as well.

There are no settings for the addon, just install it and forget it.
