Fix Resolved issue where subdomains and owned domains were incorrectly marked as unavailable for product configuration when the TLD pricing was not set up in WHMCS - Case #1835.
Fix Fixed cases where orders could not be completed when the "View Cart" option was disabled - Case #1836.
