Was there anything else I should have done besides the installation?

no it doesn't work, I tried a few time removing and reinstalling, the serial (any letters) after submit isn't valid. stuck now....

I have updated with the new version 1.12.9 but now it says the license is invalid. What gives?

We have multiple testsing and found no issues. When a user upload an untouched version, we will upload the null version content quickly
